Blogging: company or personal? …Free!

Krescendo started publishing a blog a little over a year ago.  From the beginning, we asked ourselves a number of questions: how many employees should we encourage to post? How often? How much control should we exercise on content?

Over time, we found a pace.  But it was slower and felt more difficult than I was hoping for. …Oh, the difficulty of conveying a personal voice through a company website!
